ACT Terms and Conditions & Simulated Prototype Acknowledgments

The Examinee Terms and Conditions: Testing Rules and Policies for the ACT Test (“Terms and Conditions”) and this prototype platform govern the simulated reporting flow for Aditi's ACT Scores. All scores presented (Composite 35, English 35, Math 36, Reading 35, Science 35) represent personal score documentation for academic showcase purposes.

By interacting with, submitting mock recipient selections, or proceeding through simulated payment flows, you acknowledge that no actual credit card charges will be placed, no live score report will be transmitted to any educational institution, and no official ACT registration records will be altered. All referenced college codes (including 5406 Augusta, 5813 UGA, 5251 Georgia State, 2194 Drexel, 1325 IU Indianapolis, 6872 UMKC, 2513 NJIT, 3915 UConn, 2548 Stony Brook, 5246 George Washington, 1898 Wayne State, 1856 UAB, 2193 Drew, and Vanderbilt) are user-provided test targets for demonstration.

ACT owns the intellectual property and standardized formats of the ACT test. This site operates strictly as an independent, unofficial score showcase and prototype portal with no affiliation or endorsement from ACT, Inc.

I understand and agree to the above Terms and Conditions. I understand that by registering for, launching, starting, or submitting answer documents for an ACT® test or this simulated review, I am agreeing to comply with and be bound by the Terms and Conditions: Testing Rules and Policies for the ACT® Test (“Terms”).

I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE TERMS PERMIT ACT TO CANCEL MY SCORES IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES. THE TERMS ALSO LIMIT DAMAGES AVAILABLE TO ME AND REQUIRE ARBITRATION OF CERTAIN DISPUTES. BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, ACT AND I BOTH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE THOSE DISPUTES HEARD BY A JUDGE OR JURY.

I understand that ACT owns the test questions and responses, and I will not share them with anyone by any form of communication before, during, or after the test administration. I understand that taking the test for someone else may violate the law and subject me to legal penalties.

I consent to the collection and processing of personally identifying information I provide, and its subsequent use and disclosure, as described in the ACT Privacy Policy. If I am taking the test outside of the United States, I also permit ACT to transfer my personally identifying information to the United States, to ACT, or to a third-party service provider, where it will be subject to use and disclosure under the laws of the United States, including being accessible to law enforcement or national security authorities.
